I recently stayed at this resort with my kids, and while it has some strengths, there were definitely some drawbacks. The pool area is stunning, offering a tropical vibe that kept us entertained. However, the rooms showed signs of wear and tear, and the service was lacking except for the receptionist. Overall, I found the experience to be quite disappointing given the price we paid.
